UI Improvement:

• Previously, when a user ccomes back to HeroMode after a long break, they'd be prompted several times if there are multiple recurring quests that have lapsed. Now, HeroMode automatically creates the most recent recurring quests, and skips the older ones. User gets just one prompt instead of several. We hope this reduces the clutter!
