Last year, I launched an app called "Minimal Fast Tracker". And a month ago, I was happy to get a feature request from a user about being able to export their own fasting data. Minimal Fast Tracker being a side project, it was easy for a feature request to slip through the cracks and end up never being delivered. So I used HeroMode to track and motivate myself. And thanks to HeroMode, the data export feature is now available in the newly released Minimal Fast Tracker v1.4!

We have just launched a new app called "Minimal Fast Tracker". It's a side project that we were able to bring to completion in about a month. Along the way, HeroMode has been very helpful as always. Specifically:

• We used HeroMode to manage the project, and to keep track of the tasks.
• We used HeroMode to prioritize this project relative to others.
• We used HeroMode to stay focused on the most important tasks.

In this post, we'll share more about the app, and how we used HeroMode to launch it!

I recently launched a little game called "Yaaker!". It's a side project that developed over the course of several months. I had to overcome some technical challenges, and pick up new skills. Along the way, HeroMode has been very helpful:

• It helped me stay organized on the project tasks
• It helped me convert little chunks of free time into project progress that adds up
• It helped me stay motivated with points, rewards, and activity calendar

I don't think I would've been able to take this project from an idea to a finished product without HeroMode!

HeroMode can also be used as a project management tool. For example, we have been using HeroMode to manage the software development process of HeroMode. It allows us to:

• Manage our tasks in a motivating way
• Prioritize what we need to do with sorting and quest locking
• Record notes and screenshots with Mementos
• Visualize progress with points stats and activity calendar
• Create milestones to celebrate all meaningful moments
