We are announcing the 2023 H1 HeroMode User Survey! If you are a HeroMode user, we would love to hear from you, regardless of if you like or dislike HeroMode. We have kicked off the 2023 H1 HeroMode User Survey. Here is how you can participate and receive up to $30 of Amazon Gift Card!
Step 1: Fill Out Eligibility Check (~1 minute)
You can fill out a quick eligibility form at https://forms.gle/426pjhcfL7NnXYcN7. The purpose of this form is to check that you have been a HeroMode user for at least a week, so that you've had a chance to experience HeroMode functionalities.
If you just started HeroMode, no worries! You can still submit the elibility check form. We will simply wait a few days before sending you the survey.
Step 2: Fill Out User Survey (~10 minutes)
After you fill out the eligibility form, we will send you a link to the survey! Simply fill out the questionnaire, submit it, and we will send you a $10 Amazon Gift Card.
Depending on volume of interest, we might have to close the survey sooner than Jan. 31, 2023. We will let you know if that's the case.
Step 3: Optional User Interview (~20 minutes)
In the user servey, we will ask you if you'd like to also participate in a video interview. This is completely optional. If you do, then we will set up some time with you to conduct the video interview on Zoom. This will give us the precious opportunity to see if any of the HeroMode user interfaces are confusing and need improvement.
After completion of the video interview, we will send you an additional $20 Amazon Gift Card.
